He is a very successful entrepreneur and also hands on inventor facilitating and inventing some of the world’s first break through products and concepts that the Group is proud of. He imparts the innovative culture all over the Group and takes pride in commercializing them. Mr. Tanaka sits at the corporate head quarters situated in the beautiful Shiga prefecture in Japan.

Mr Naushad Mohideen
Group Chairman International Operations

Mr. Mohideen is a dynamic and successful entrepreneur who is solely responsible for all International operations of the Group. He is also a product designer and inventor and is a co-inventor of many flagship products. He also plays a key role in product placement and design for international markets. Having been in Japan for over 9 years Mr. Mohideen conducts all international operations based on the Japanese quality culture. Mr. Mohideen shuttles between UAE and Sri Lanka and conducts most of the international operations from our Dubai office.

Professor L.M.K Tillekeratne
Group Consultant

Professor Tillekeratne is an eminent Scientist, specializing in Rubber and Polymer Chemistry. He is a fellow of the Plastics and Rubber Institute (UK), Fellow and President of the Institute of Chemistry (Sri Lanka), Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences (Sri Lanka) and Senior Lecturer of a leading University in Sri Lanka. He was also the former Executive Director of Rubber Research Institute (Sri Lanka), in which institution he served almost 3 decades. In the capacity of Group Consultant Professor Tillekeratne imparts valuable knowledge and information to the R&D teams of the Group.

Mr. Chaminda Serasinha
Group Consultant Technology and Business Development

Mr. Serasinha is an inventor, conceptualist and lead thinker. He is also an environmentalist and played the lead role in developing the concept. He’s is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (UK) and holds an MBA. Whilst being responsible for representing Group’s many Companies in the case of partnerships and joint ventures Mr. Serasinha engages in research and hands on product development. He is also a co-inventor of many products. He leads and represents the Group’s environmental efforts internationally.
